Classic Steak House Rubbed Filet Mignon We don't go as far as getting filet mignon as it's too far out of the wallet but we will get rib eye or NY Strip every weekend so I'd like to try the rub on one of them if we can find the right cut with the butcher.

Unbelievably Easy Roast Beef-- Soooooo good! I actually used this recipe with a 7lb prime rib roast and it was to DIE for. Altered the cooking time of course. -Arielle
